Do you know your way around Class 8 trucks, parts catalogs, and customer conversations? Are you the person who can juggle multiple tasks, solve problems on the fly, and still keep things organized? If so, Jellison's Repair wants to hear from you!

We're an independent semi-truck and trailer repair facility in Williston, ND, and we're looking for an experienced Service Writer / Parts Clerk to help keep our shop running smoothly. You'll be the link between our customers, technicians, and vendors—the person who helps turn repair needs into solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers and helping initiate the repair process
• Coordinating with technicians and keeping repairs moving efficiently
• Sourcing and ordering the right parts at the right time
• Managing inventory and navigating parts systems
• Preparing invoices and communicating repair updates to customers
• Following up on outstanding invoices
• Solving the unexpected challenges that make every day a little different

What We're Looking For:

• Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, email, and report generation
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck repair processes and Class 8 trucks
• Experience with inventory management and parts procurement
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Verifiable work history and references
