Semi Truck Chassis Mechanic

Jellison Repair is looking to add one semi truck chassis mechanic. You will be required to responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing suspension, brakes, and other wheel end concerns. Duties will include an ability to diagnose and repair lighting in trucks and trailers. An understanding of ABS systems is necessary as well.

Jellison Repair will provide all specialty tooling and you will be expected to have your own toolbox with adequate hand tools. This position does require some outside work that is tried to be kept to a minimum. Otherwise the majority of work is inside a heated shop.

We are offering $30 to $40 an hour (Not Flat Rate) with overtime available. We work Monday through Friday and Saturdays when needed. We do not work Sundays. We offer a Tool allowance, Medical, Dental and optical are available. Vacation, Paid holidays. Specialty training reimbursement program. The majority of this position is in a heated shop with minimal outside work.
